Source hierarchy before story.
1. Primary Documents
SEC filings, company IR releases, transcripts, and official financial PDFs carry the highest weight.
2. Standardized Data
FMP and similar datasets help normalize market and financial data, but line items are cross-checked against filings when possible.
3. Discovery Sources
Search tools discover URLs and leads. They do not prove customer claims, revenue, margins, backlog, or investment significance.
4. Visible Gaps
Every research article includes a source table, disclosure, and missing-data boundary.
